Jacob Rumph has a very special hope for the future
Jacob Rumph has the hope to live in heaven, when he dies. This is an important detail in the life of Jacob Rumph. Because the Bible offers 2 different hopes for mankind. The hope to live forever in a paradise on earth. After Jehovah God intervened in Armageddon in man’s affairs.
And the hope for a heavenly life. God’s word, the Bible explains, that only 144,000 people will have the chance to come to heaven. Heaven is the spiritual realm, in which also Jesus Christ and Jehovah God exists. These 144,000 people will have a special assignment in heaven. To rule as Kings over the earth. Together with Jesus Christ (Revelation 5:9,10; 7:4; 14:1,3).
Jacob Rumph began a special service for Jehovah God in 1995
Everybody amongst Jehovah’s Witnesses has a part in the preaching work, which Jesus Christ instituted in the 1st century. Jesus Christ prophesied for our time, that the good news of the Kingdom of God will be preached in all the inhabited earth. Before the time will come, when Jehovah God intervenes in mankind’s affairs (Armageddon).
Also Jacob Rumph had a part in that preaching work. But in 1995 Jacob Rumph became more involved in the fulfillment of the prophecy from Jesus Christ. Because he used more time in this preaching work. The special service is called full-time service among Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Then, in 2020 Jacob Rumph started another special service for Jehovah God. Which Jehovah’s Witnesses call Bethel service.
Before Jacob Rumph was becoming a new member of the governing body of Jehovah’s Witnesses, he served as a helper to the service committee of the Governing Body.
Jacob Rumph is married.
